Quartz

Quartz is the second most common mineral in the Earth's crust after feldspar. It goes by an array of names and comes in different varieties such as smoky quartz, rose quartz and rutilated quartz. Quartz crystals are used in expanding the mind to touch the world of spirits.
Rutilated quartz is a major ore of titanium, which forms needle-like markers inside the quartz and looks like small needles of imbedded gold. Rutilated quartz is meant to encourage a person’s strengths and originality, and enhance creativity – relieving depression and loneliness. It is also said to slow down the ageing process!
